Newport Shopping Center- Fire Renovation

Tradition Construction took on this project located in the NW side of OKC during the late Spring of 2020. It was a particularly difficult project as we had to navigate the challenging times of conducting buisness in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. After having suffered a fire in the year preceding the project, Tradition was tasked with remediating 30% of the building as well as completing a full exterior remodel. The project took approximately 8 months to complete.

Cape Cod Condominium Fire Restoration

In the early winter of 2022 a fire occurred at the Cape Cod Condominiums on the South side of OKC. Tradition Construction handled the insurance claim for the owner and subsequently was hired to rebuild the apartment building. Tradition has more than 30 plus years experience in insurance loss mitigation.

Mustang Barndiminium

This project was a complete in house design and build for Tradition Construction. The structural design used was post frame construction. Meaning there is no interior load bearing walls allowing for the client to have have an unhindered interior floorplan for them to customize. We worked directly with the client to design and build all aspects of this project, bringing their dream to reality. This home is located in Mustang, OK and took approximately 9 months to complete.
